Exam Preparation Tool
With this exam preparation tool, you can generate a set of documents to support the exam process from the CSV export of the candidate list from TUMonline. You will receive a ZIP archive containing
- a copy of the CSV file in which each student is assigned a seat (or in pandemic mode a room) in the REMARK column (column “Information”), which can be imported back into TUMonline so that this information can then be communicated to each student individually via “Student Notification.” Furthermore, the pseudonyms printed on the cover sheet for anonymous correction are entered in the FILE_REMARK column (“File note” column),
- a PDF file that can be used as a notice to direct students to the correct lecture hall,
- a form for the exam protocol, as well as a PDF file for each lecture hall with a lecture hall protocol containing instructions and suggestions for implementation,
- a late registration form that students who show up unregistered must fill out in order to be allowed to take the exam,
- a form for documenting attempts at cheating,
- a PDF file with a cover sheet for each student on which the students' data is pseudonymized with two random combinations of three capital letters that are unique within this exam (the cover sheet is removed before correction and only added again afterwards to avoid bias in the evaluation of the solutions),
- a PDF file with labels for each student with the pseudonyms and seats (24 labels per A4 page with 64.6×33.8 mm²),
- and a rudimentary LaTeX file to create individual exam sheets for each student.
